Process

Our process moves from first site smell-test to a buildable concept pack for Coimbra venues.

Walk and listen

We tour the shell, note smells, slopes, and neighbour noise, then hear your service goals. Photos alone miss Mondego humidity and street pulse. Chefs join when possible.

Concept boards

Seating plans, bar massing, and material direction arrive together. We keep options to two strong paths. Feedback workshops stay short and decisive.

Documentation

Approved ideas become drawings, schedules, and euro FF&E ranges. Contractors receive clarity without our standing in as GC. Revisions are logged on one set.

During build

Optional site visits answer finish questions. We do not supervise daily labour unless separately engaged. Changes get cost implications flagged early.

Opening week

A walk-through before soft opening checks light scenes and chair spacing under real trays. Notes go to your team for fine tuning.
